5. Pekerja keras, Memiliki ketelitian yang baik, Memiliki inisiatif   tinggi, Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan, Memiliki kemampuan untuk bekerja individu maupun tim.

6. Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dengan baik.

7. Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang ACCPAC, Costing, perpajakan dan prinsip-prinsip akuntansi.

8. Bersedia di tempatkan di Ciambar Nagrak – Kab.Sukabumi.
